MAIN DUTIES:
Assisting the Human Resources Manager in recruiting new members.
Ensuring all applications within all departments are promptly and fairly processed.
Creating new posts with a detailed description of the roles.
Running selection process on the basis of screening of CV and cover letters to organize a further interview with candidates.
Ensuring that references are taken up.
Dealing efficiently and in a professional manner with all general enquiries about employment.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good level of English
Some previous experience in Human Resources will be more than welcome
Great communication skills
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Keen eye for details
IT literate and experience using bespoke systems
Good interpersonal skills
