MAIN TASKS AND DUTIES:
- Installation of products onto customer networks and working on network security
- Consultancy on their product range
- Software development to add further functionality
- Website designs and enhancements for customers
- Dealing with existing customers
- Advising customers on new product releases
- Providing consultancy to customers on the benefit of upgrading to new version
- Using Sage Accounts Finance programme to update customer and supplier information on products sold and payments made and received.
REQUIREMENTS:
Studies in IT, Computing or Telecommunications
Be professional and with good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Be organised and work efficiently as a part of a team
Good level of English
Some knowledge of programming and network security would be expected
